一只聰明的小老鼠
A Clever Mouse

It came up to the mouse , and wanted to eat the mouse .The mouse was afraid.
它說道：“貓先生，不要吃我。你不是喜歡乳酪嗎？”（直接引語）
It said:”Mr. cat , don’t eat me . Don’t you like cheese?”
“我有塊非常好的乳酪給你。看，它就在那” （直接引語）
“I have a piece of nice cheese for you. Look , there it is.

Suddenly the mousetrap worked.
把貓爪子（paw）給夾（catch）住了。（過去時）
Its paw was cought .
怪不得（no wonder）貓會受傷，原來（It turn out that）我養了一只笨貓啊。（過去時）
No wonder the cat was hurt , it turned out that we kept a stupid cat.
它真是一只聰明的小老鼠。（過去時）
It was a clever mouse.
