1.用在連詞前面
連詞：and, but, for, or, nor, yet, so
例句：I went running, and I saw a duck.
2.用在從句后面
例句：When I went running, I saw a duck.
3.分隔同位語
例句：A mallard, a kind of duck, attacked me.
4.分隔一系列的物品
例句：I saw a duck, a magician, a liquor store when I went running.
5.用在引導性副詞后面
例句：Unsurprisingly, I saw a duck when I went running.
6.用在引號前面
例句：The duck said, “Quack!”
7.分隔地址中的各部分
例句：Cleveland, Ohio, is known for their duck population.
8.分隔日期中的各部分

9.用在句子開頭獨立的Yes或No后面
